"Birthday Luau"

I’m so embarrassed, but I’ve finally gotten around to scrapping William’s first birthday!

The PP is from DCWV Tahiti stack, and I had been saving these little bamboo sticks FOREVER to use on something, and I decided to wind them up together with some raffia, and voila! I kinda like it! :o)

I attached one of William's birthday invites I made and managed to print all my journaling out onto one of the MM spiral journaling sheets. I have to sadly admit that I wasted a couple of them before I got it right :o(.

  2. So ? for you...I did print on one of those spiral journaling papers, but I kept it very short and away from the margins. It's not nearly as full as yours. Did you learn any tricks for doing this? I'd like to try this again.

  3. Julie, I did several practice runs on my printer and would hold the practice sheets up to a light with the journaling page behind it. When I was satisfied, I adhered the journaling sheet to the practice paper and ran it through manually!
