New LO: 15 Months

I worked on this one the other night when my amiga Didi came over to scrap...

PP is from Fancy Pants (Rough & Tough Collection) I cut the title with my Cricut (Hello Kitty Font) and all the concentric circles were made using my Big Shot and a Cuttlebug Die.
