Latest Round of Layouts

Well, once again, my scrap moments are few and far between lately. Here's a collection of the one's I've completed over the last couple of months. However, my goal lately has been to complete layouts that I started and never finished (I am famous for doing that). So here goes...

Christmas '08 (yes, 2008) :o(

PP: Basic Gray (Figgy Pudding); Stamps (around title) - Stampin' Up!; Glitter letters - Making Memories; Sticker accents - K&Co.

This next one is one of those that I had stashed away for a long time, and I finally got around to finishing it!

Another one that was on the back-burner for awhile - July '08!:

And here is Halloween 2008:

This is probably the oldest one of all - I am so happy to have finished it, and I love how it turned out! I punched the hearts out and used them as a mask on the background and sprayed glimmer mist on top. Then I removed them and doodled lines around them. The photos were printed on vellum and punched out with my circle punches.

This is a straight-up lift from Kelly Goree. I love everything she does with Basic Gray!

And yet ANOTHER LO that has been in the works for a while... I went crazy with all the handstitching and would work on it here and there - I finally hunkered down and finished it!!! (BTW - I have another LO sitting around that I started to stitch, and I wonder how long it will take me to get that one finished):

This is one that I basically gave up on Plan A and went to Plan B. I prefer Plan B much better:

This year's V-Day mini album

This year's V-Day mini album for David. The base is from Maya Road, I covered it with BG "Bittersweet" PP. I used lots of Tim Holtz metal embellies, and my SU heart punch for the pics. The scalloped heart behind all the photos is a SU embosslitz die for the big shot.

"Giving Thanks"

Ahhhh! Here we go... this one's a bit better. I can't believe I'm just barely getting around to scrappin LAST Thanksgiving though. As in 2008. Man... I have a lot of catching up to do!

I broke out an old BG line for this LO - "Infuse"! Remember that one? :o)

Rosie's Birthday Gift

Just wanted to share the birthday gift I made for my MIL, Rosie! I really had a great time making this and hope to get around to making one for myself! :o)

"I Love Eggs" LO

Very sad, but this is all I have to show for in the scrapping department for the last month! It's a 100% lift from Kelly Goree using Basic Grey Lime Rickey!

Cruisin'

I used the December 2008 Pagemaps issue to get this LO design, and I must have really been ready to scrap, cuz it took me less than an hour to get this one done! It was sitting on the side for a long time, but I finally got moving on it when I saw the Lime Rickey paper from BG - it was a perfect match! The letters are Thickers from AC and I cut the stars from fun foam using my Big Shot and the "Concetric Stars" Cuttlebug die.

Basic Gray Inspiration Pages

I am a major hoarder of all things basic gray, so when the "Embellish It" booth had these great layout samples, I had to take some pics so I could hopefully get to using my stash of BG paper! I have this horrible habit of NOT using the paper I love. So I thought I would share for those of you that may share my disease or just want some inspiration!
